Whether it is bald spots, thinning hair, or a receding hairline, GROWhair™ M.D. uses your body’s own natural regenerative abilities to get your hair back. Dr. O’s hair growth program utilizes a series of regenerative techniques to stimulate your hair follicles to grow.
As in everything Dr. O does, her goal is to treat your hair loss naturally and as minimally invasively as possible. She uses PRP (platelet rich plasma), peptides and regenerative cells to help you achieve a fuller head of hair. All these factors stimulate your hair cells to transition from a resting phase to a growth phase, increasing hair density and volume.

Platelet Rich Plasma as used for hair growth treatment.

PRP, or platelet rich plasma, contains one of your body’s most important growth regulators, platelets. Platelets orchestrate your body’s natural healing process to rejuvenate cells and encourage the growth of healthy tissue.
Dr. O uses PRP to “wake up” your hair follicles. When you start to lose your hair, your follicles first go into a resting phase. While in this phase, PRP is thought to have the power to “wake up” the follicles and get them back to the growth phase.
Dr. O utilizes PRP for hair restoration in a multi-step process. After your first treatment with PRP injections, you will start to see small thin hairs forming. After your second treatment with PRP injections, you will start to see these hairs thicken and lengthen. With each treatment, new sets of dormant hair follicles are encouraged to enter the growth phase.

Peptides are the building blocks of proteins. Our body needs to use proteins to help heal and grow. Dr. O uses peptides hand-in-hand with her other regenerative therapies to boost the speed and intensity of results. Using regenerative cells for hair loss is just like using PRP… but often much more powerful. If you choose to use mesenchymal cells for your hair loss treatment, not only will you see results faster, but they will be more intense as well.
